I was counting on them to be delivered in the next couple days, but woke up this morning to a notification telling me that they didn't have the quantity and they canceled my order.

The estimated shipping dates were 12/12-12/18. they sent me updates that my order was in production. Yeti processed the order, payment and told me the estimated delivery date. THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER - HOW CAN THEY TREAT CUSTOMERS THIS WAY AND GET AWAY WITH IT? I ordered 350 customized Yeti's on 11/17 for our company holiday gifts. I won't ever do buisness again with this company and will be contacting BBB along with my card company to stop payment. I have paid for this cooler once now they have emailed me requesting I send them my credit card information before they will send me out the new cooler. I call back talk to a man he looks at the pictures tells me he can see the damage they will send another cooler to send this 1 back with the label he is going to send me, he also tells me to call back the next day and ask for them to expedite the shipping so I get this because we are now 4 days left till Christmas. I fill that form out to wait 2 more days mean while somebody emails me and tells me they can't see the damage. I sent pictures JPEG,waited 2 days called was told somebody would contact me i waited 2 more days called back a woman then tells me the first person sent me the wrong form to fill this form out. 1st call I had to fill a form out, waited 3 days somebody emailed me for information and pictures, waited 2 days to be told the needed the pictures in JPEG form. I call yeti to see what could be done with just a few weeks before Christmas. Where do I start ?!?! First week of December I ordered my son a Yeti cooler, once I received the package the box,plastic and cooler was all damaged during shipping.
